Gary’s Work Philosophy
Gary believes that the purpose of our judicial system is to give every individual the right to seek justice when they have been injured or harmed as a result of the negligence of others. Due to the complexities of the modern judicial system, a skilled and experienced lawyer is necessary to obtain maximum compensation for injuries from an accident.
The insurance industry works to put up as many barriers as possible to deny ordinary citizens full financial recovery. Gary dedicates himself to fighting for people who have been harmed. His proven track record of success on behalf of his clients exemplifies the skill, dedication and experience necessary to prevail in today’s court system.
Prior Work Experience
Previously, Gary worked with a defense firm for several years. He represented the interests of various clients in the areas of automobile, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, insurance coverage and medical malpractice actions. He handled cases in both the Circuit and Appellate Courts of Illinois.
As a result, Gary learned all the ins and outs of the tactics used by the insurance industry to limit the recoveries of plaintiffs. He now uses this knowledge and experience to fight for accident victims.
